CGC hosted the delegation of Handong Global University leading by the President of the University – Chang Sung-Hyon

On May 28, 2018 the delegation of Handong Global University leading by the President of the University – Chang Sung-Hyon was hosted at CGC.

Clothing Memo: Collaboration with the abovementioned universities and UNESCO/UNITWIN Program has been carried out on the basis of relevant agreements since 2015. For the period of cooperation a number of joint international conferences and seminars have been conducted; internship for 44 staff members and masters of CGC in the Republic of Korea has been organized; 243 books were donated to CGC; visiting lectures and seminars by Korean professors are being provided on regularly bases.

    

During the meeting, the guests were thoroughly acquainted with the main regulations of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of May 12 2018, №-3720, implemented in accordance with the resolutions structural changes, as well as new tasks assigned to the Center. The sides also discussed the current state and future perspectives of mutual cooperation, including new directions, taking into account the tasks assigned to the Center again. In addition, the parties agreed to include the Representatives of the Center in South Korea to the training program (GBEX), which is planned to be organized in August this year with the assistance of Korean partners and the UNESCO / UNITWIN program, a project management component.

Also, within the framework of the visit, guest lecture by Dr. Chang Sung-Hyon on the topic “Positive experience of the educational system of South Korea” was held for the faculty and MBA listeners of the Center.
